1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Alpha Esports website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the service.

3. User Conduct

Users agree to not use the service to post or transmit any material which is or may be infringing on intellectual property rights of others, harassing, threatening, false, misleading, libelous, or otherwise unlawful.

4. Tournaments and Prize Pools

Participation in tournaments is subject to the specific rules of that event. Alpha Esports reserves the right to withhold prize money if a team is found to have violated the rules, cheated, or acted in bad faith.

5. Modifications to Service

Alpha Esports reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
